I’ve updated the bus widget so that it works with the changed citytransport web site. You can download it from the site home page.

hi quentin
we’re talking about your widget on the brighton and hove issues forum following my post saying why can’t we get b and h bus times on our phones?
see:

i’d like to give this a go - really looking forward to trying it (here’s hoping i can get it on to my phone!)

Hi Quentin,
In response to the above post I was going to say that the new iPhone will allow widgets. So any plans to make this available for the iPhone? Possibly with a number of presets so that when out and about we can alter the location depending on where we are and the direction we are going.

Ha, just installed this and noticed your name on it. Great work man, very useful, and thank you. How you doing?

Been using this for ages over my various macs, its a great widget. Anychance it can become a webapp or widget for my iphone?

The idea of putting the widget on the iPhone sounds great. Likewise I would like to get it working on Google Desktop so Windoze users can have it too. Unfortunately, time is not on my side and I dont have an iPhone nor am I likely to get one until they are more affordable. So, the answer is if someone can help me port it, great, but Im not really in a position to do much of the work myself to be honest. Offers of help gratefully received.

Hey,
I ported your bus widget over to the Windows Sidebar as i was doing a presentation at Sussex University on how the bus tracking system works. I was wondering if you would give me permission to release this on the Windows Live Gallery?
Thanks, Law

Hi James
I have written by email to you about this. Essentially no problem, just provide a link back and credit to my website. Thanks.

Great little application, but I seem to get scrollbars on the side and bottom, which spoils the look for the widget.
